STUDENT ADVISORY GUIDELINE
Each student has an academic supervisor. Therefore, a student can get guidance when needed by agreement throughout the semester. Students can consult with their academic advisors regarding academic planning and problems that may hinder their studies.
1.Stage of Scheduled Consultation
At the beginning of each semester, scheduled consultation is held to prepare a study plan and/or changes to the study plan that must be held by each student. In the 2017/2018 academic year, students who for some reason cannot carry out consultation, then the fulfillment of their obligations can be represented by giving power of attorney through a power of attorney signed on stamp duty. Mistakes in study planning that are represented are the responsibility of the authorizing student.
2. Stage of Study Plan Determination (FRS)
Each student is required to register a study plan according to the results of consultation with the academic advisor. Students fill out the study plan form according to the study plan registration schedule and input it via LAN or Online into the Academic Information System. To be able to register a study plan, students are required to have paid the Basic Semester Tuition (KPS tuition) and a minimum of 10 credits according to the applicable tariff for the semester concerned. Each student is allowed to explore the Study Plan that has been prepared and approved (stated in the study plan form) during the Determination of the Study Plan.
3. Stage of Changes in Study Plan (PRS)
This stage is only intended for students who will change their study plan. In this case, the student concerned must register the change of plan by using the PRS form during the study plan change period. Changes to the Study Plan are only valid if the administrative requirements have been met, which are generally the same as the procedures for preparing and submitting a study plan. The study plan and its change plan can still be changed or canceled by the faculty leader if certain courses do not meet the predetermined quota or academic violations are found.
