Parahyangan Accounting Tournament for High School (PATHS) VII

Parahyangan Accounting Tournament for High School (PATHS) VII is one of the work programs of the academic department of the Faculty of Economics (FE) Bachelor of Accounting Student Association (HMPSA) in the form of competition activities for SMA/SMK/MA/MAK students throughout Indonesia. PATHS VII takes the theme “Harry Potter” by bringing the title “Point Your Wand To Erudition, Evolve Your Knowledge In Accounting” which means point your magic wand at knowledge, develop your knowledge in accounting. From this theme it is expected that the participants can develop an innovative mindset and have high competitiveness. While the title is intended so that the participants can expand accounting knowledge which is packaged in an interesting and creative way.

PATHS VII was held with the aim of developing the hard skills of the participants in the field of economics, especially accounting and to develop the soft skills of the participants in communicating, developing creativity, working as a team, and being brave in making decisions. In addition, PATHS VII would like to introduce FE, especially the UNPAR Bachelor of Accounting Study Program to the participants. PATHS VII was held online for the first time with web media paths-unpar.com and Zoom Meeting

PATHS VII activities on the first day took place on Monday, 23 November 2020 at 07.00-14.30. PATHS VII activities were attended by 36 teams from all over Indonesia starting from the first day which consisted of the Preliminary round with Ordinary Wizarding Level sessions, the Quarter Final round with Hogsmeade Village and Chamber of Secrets sessions. At the end of the first day the teams will be eliminated to the remaining 6 teams

PATHS VII activities on the second day took place on Tuesday, November 24 at 07.00-15.10 and were still held online. The second day of PATHS VII activities was attended by 6 teams and consisted of the Semifinal round with Order of the Phoenix and Prisoner of Azkaban sessions and the Final round with Quidditch sessions and Goblet of Fire sessions. At the end of the event, Team A Unggul Sakti Vocational School won 1st place in PATHS VII, Unggul Sakti Vocational School Team B won 2nd place in PATHS VII, Petra 1 Christian High School won 3rd place in PATHS VII, Penabur Jakarta 3rd High School won 4th place in PATHS VII, Santa Angela High School Team C won 5th place in PATHS VII, Xaverius 1 Jambi High School Team C won 6th place in PATHS VII.
