January 15, 2020 was the start of the announcement of selected students to take part in the DNA program. These students had passed the several stages of selection organized by Djarum, not only from an academic point of view, but also from a non-academic perspective. These students include Anastasia Marvella, Annisa Maharani, Christian Fernando Kevin, Ellen Elvina Rahardjo, Felicia Valentina Prabowo, Haris Sugianto, Kevin Kurnia Hermawan, Lianita Nazlie, and Sylvia Agustine. From February 21, 2020 to February 24, 2020 students visited the Djarum company located in Kudus City. While in Kudus, students were taken on a tour of Djarum’s companies starting from traditional cigarette factories, modern cigarette factories, several Sister Companies, badminton athletes’ houses, and Djarum’s employees’ houses. They got a lot of things, such as trying out how to roll cigarettes, seeing how modern cigarettes are made, watching how to assemble TVs, furniture, and at the same time seeing Djarum’s athlete training activities and employee activities. They were also greeted with warm welcomes from the DNA committee and given seminars on company profiles and Human Capital Management. While in Kudus, they were given a special place to stay in a hotel and all their activities were fully funded by Djarum. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, internships can no longer be done face-to-face, so internship activities are held online in the form of webinars. The webinars include: human resource development (PSDM) webinars, how to successfully deal with job interviews, the importance of EQ at work, and podcasts about branding. All of these webinars were presented in an interesting way by the DNA committee and were very useful for students and their knowledge was very easy to absorb because the speakers were professional. Finally, the DNA event was closed on December 18, 2020 with a magnificent and lively DNA Closing Ceremony Webinar.
