Accounting Rapprochement, Education, and Experience (ARCADE) is an activity of the Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR), in collaboration with Monsoonsim. This activity is intended for 2019 batch students of the Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Parahyangan Catholic University. ARCADE-2 aims to hone soft skills and instill superior character-building values, which are organized through a harmonious blend of education and games. The soft skills development focused on leadership for students so that they could foster their leadership spirit. The development of soft skills was also intended to prepare graduates with superior hard and soft skills so that they are ready to be absorbed by graduate users.

ARCADE-2 was held on August 23–25, 2021, through the Zoom Meeting platform at 10:00–15:00. There are several prizes for 14 winners in ARCADE-2 in the form of precious metals weighing 0.05 grams each, worth Rp1.260.000 in total. The number of participants who took part in ARCADE-2 2021 was 115 students from the 2019 batch of the Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Parahyangan Catholic University.
