Ernst & Young Public Accountant Firm’s Professional Career Development Program (PCDP)

The Accounting Study Program of the Faculty of Economics, Parahyangan Catholic University, has been collaborating with Ernst & Young Indonesia (KAP Purwantono, Sungkoro, and Surja) for a long time. The collaboration includes public lectures and campus hiring. With the Independent Campus Learning Program (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka-MBKM), which has been launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture, Research, and Technology, the Accounting Study Program of UNPAR’s Faculty of Economics, together with Ernst & Young Indonesia, collaborate to hold an internship program. The Accounting Study Program is the first and only study program to organize an internship program with Ernst & Young Indonesia. Some of the benefits that will be obtained by Accounting Study Program students who have passed the internship program selection include classroom training, on-the-job training, scholarship and internship compensation, access to EY audit tools, the opportunity to work through the Career Development Program for 2 years after graduation if they perform well, the EY Badges opportunity, and the EY Tech MBA Program opportunity. The internship will be recognized as equivalent to 20 credits.

There are 25 students who have successfully passed the Professional Career Development Program (PCDP) selection at Ernst & Young Public Accountant Firm. These students are the best students in the Accounting Study Program at UNPAR’s Faculty of Economics. In connection with this, on Thursday, September 2, 2021, a contract briefing was held, which was delivered by Mr. Ary B. Prasetyo (EY General Counsel), Mr. Daniel Chandra (EY Senior Manager), and Mrs. Ratnawati Tano (EY Senior Manager). The event was attended by Dr. Sylvia Fettry E. M., S.E., S.H., M.Si., Ak., CA (Head of Accounting Department), several lecturers of the Accounting Study Program, and internship program participants.
